To be honored at our "On Behalf of Youth" Luncheon

Do you know a student in Grades 6 - 8 who has helped weather a family crisis? A student who shares his or her skills or hobbies with others? How about a middle school student with exceptional artistic talent? Complete this form to nominate an "Absolutely Incredible Kid." Judges will select seven students to be recognized at Camp Fire USA's "On Behalf of Youth" Award Luncheon, April 27th at the Findlay Country Club.

Nomination Category - Check one then complete the rest of the page with details. Youth Development – Helps others learn, through tutoring, volunteerism, etc. Shares a hobby, skill, or talent with others on a regular basis. Pursues academic excellence and/or has shown marked improvement in one or more subjects. Works with younger children in a learning environment.
Talent & Skills - Shows exceptional talent in the performing or visual arts, including music, drama, dance, drawing/painting. Demonstrates dedication to his or her art through practice, summer workshops, etc.
Leadership/Community Service - Record of volunteerism. Demonstrated leadership in school, club, team, or place of worship.
Family Development - Has helped his or her family overcome a crisis. Is responsible for younger siblings; works to contribute to family finances. Helps to care for a parent or grandparent.
Nature - Works to protect the environment through volunteerism (parks, community, etc.). Talent for raising and nurturing plants and animals. Develops or participates in school programs for environmental awareness, recycling, etc.
Advocacy - Committed to a cause (eliminating poverty, homelessness in our community, fighting drug abuse and underage drinking, etc.). Speaks out on issues important to them and their community. Involved in school government. Works to “make a difference."
Diversity - Involved in activities that promote intercultural/interracial understanding and friendship in school and in the community. Dedicated to learning about another culture and/or learning another language.
