Do you know a student in Grades 6 - 8 who has helped weather a family crisis? A student who shares his or her skills or hobbies with others? How about a middle school student with exceptional artistic talent? Complete this form to nominate an "Absolutely Incredible Kid." Judges will select seven students to be recognized at Camp Fire USA's "On Behalf of Youth" Award Luncheon, April 27th at the Findlay Country Club.

Nomination Category - Check one then complete the rest of the page with details.	Youth Development – Helps others learn, through tutoring, volunteerism, etc. Shares a hobby, skill, or talent with others on a regular basis. Pursues academic excellence and/or has shown marked improvement in one or more subjects. Works with younger children in a learning environment. Talent & Skills - Shows exceptional talent in the performing or visual arts, including music, drama, dance, drawing/painting. Diversity - Involved in activities that promote intercultural/interracial understanding and friendship in school and in the community. Dedicated to learning about another culture and/or learning another language.
